It never asks you to paste anything confidential. No documents, no real names, no systems. It draws the structure out of you through questions, because anything else would be useless to people who work under real constraints.

What to expect

Pass 2 is where it gets uncomfortable. Being pushed for second-order effects surfaces things you know but have never said out loud. That’s the point.

The output is one page. If it runs longer, you drifted into documenting knowledge rather than connections — the prompt is built to catch that.
