Who this is
Limits as Leverage publishes short-form educational content about working effectively with AI tools inside institutional constraints.
What is collected
If you subscribe to the email list: your email address, and the first name you provide if you choose to. Nothing else.
If you visit a landing page: standard analytics collected by our email provider — page views, referral source, approximate region. Not tied to your identity unless you subscribe.
Nothing you type into any prompt or template offered here is collected, transmitted, or seen. Those tools run entirely in your own AI account.
How it is used
- To send the free resource you requested
- To send occasional emails about new content and resources
That is all. Your address is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
Who processes it
Email is handled by Kit (kit.com), which stores subscriber data and delivers messages. Their privacy policy governs that processing.
Videos are published on YouTube, which collects viewing data under Google's own privacy policy. That is between you and Google — no viewer data is received from YouTube other than aggregate channel statistics.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can also request deletion of your data by writing to the address below, and it will be removed within 30 days.
Retention
Subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Children
This content is intended for working professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and no data is knowingly collected from them.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be announced by email before taking effect.
